A strong team of skilled technicians and qualified managers is one of the key resources of the Company.
The company staff numbers over 300 employees. Human resource policy focuses on constant training and professional education of the personnel. 97% of employees have one or more higher education degrees. Two of them are professors, eight persons hold Ph.D. degree. We also have many MBA graduates in intermediate and top level management.
